By creating an account or using Reviewdot.in, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Use of the service
You may use Reviewdot.in to manage reviews for businesses you own or are authorised to represent. You agree not to misuse the AI to post misleading, fake, or abusive content.
Accounts & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Trials are free for 14 days. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI-generated content
AI replies are suggestions. You are responsible for the replies published from your account, including any you configure to auto-post. Review your automation settings carefully.
Third-party platforms
Reviewdot.in connects to platforms like Google, Zomato and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and their availability may affect features.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Reviewdot.in is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
