We collect account details (name, email, business info), the review data from platforms you connect (Google, Zomato, Swiggy, Play Store, etc.), and usage analytics to improve the product.
How we use your data
To generate AI replies, run automations you configure, send alerts, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, AI inference, email/WhatsApp delivery, payments), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@reviewdot.in; we remove personal data within 30 days unless legally required to keep it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access is restricted. API keys and secrets are stored securely and never exposed in client code.
